For a two-night trip, begin with a packing list rather than a fixed litre rule. Clothing, shoes, toiletries, work equipment and purchases all change the space you need.
Compare compact models
| Model, S size | Capacity | Empty weight |
|---|---|---|
| X111 | 35L | 2.8kg |
| L888 | 35–45L | 3.3kg |
| L999 | 40L | 3.45kg |
The L888 capacity range includes expansion. Expansion changes external dimensions, so the expanded case must be checked against travel restrictions separately.
Make a trial pack
Lay out the clothes and equipment you intend to take. Add bulky items such as shoes or a jacket, then leave space for anything you plan to bring home. A work trip with a laptop and spare shoes can need more space than a casual trip of the same length.
Cabin limits are separate from capacity
Litres do not establish cabin eligibility. Check each external dimension and packed weight against the rules for your flight. Confirm whether published dimensions include wheels and handles before relying on them.

Choose by what you carry
- For a lower listed empty weight, compare X111 at 2.8kg in S. Confirm the selected colour's specification before ordering.
- For a YKK zipper and room to expand, compare L888. Its S case is 3.3kg and 35–45L including expansion.
- For a frame-style case, compare L999: 3.45kg and 40L in S.
- For access to a laptop during the journey, compare 669 and L333 front-opening models.
The lightest empty case is not automatically the best fit for your packed belongings. Choose a size, check its dimensions and add the weight of everything you plan to carry.
